Time is our greatest asset and health is our greatest wealth. How we spend our time and invest in our health will make all the difference as we age.

Born in the late 70’s to hippie parents, I was raised with strict health guidelines. Unlike some teenagers/young adults, I didn’t rebel or stray too far from these habits. I knew from my own research that these were shown to be healthy and for the most part I stuck with it.

Then came the years of raising my kids, going through a divorce, and putting myself through medical school. I started gaining weight, losing hair, feeling tired all the time, having brain fog, joint pain, and mid-day crashes.

Then, at 38 years old, during a clinic shift, my supervisor asked me a question and I couldn’t remember anything. My mind went blank. I was so exhausted and running on fumes. She snarkily said to me, “I would hate to be you during menopause. That’s going to suck!”

Deep down I knew she was right. I knew that while I was prioritizing everything else, I was not prioritizing my health and I was suffering from it now, and would suffer even more in the future.

I started to revamp my life slowly. I started paying attention to what I was eating and drinking again. Making sure to fit some rest and rejuvenation into my day. I started exercising again. I also took time to learn about functional labs, got interested in biohacking, and learned how genetics plays a pivotal role in our health.

Fast forward a few years, I set up a clinic after completing medical school. Most of the clients who came to me were women who had the same experience as I did. They all started experiencing health challenges after kids, work, school, etc. They were in their early 40’s to late 60’s and started feeling the pounds creep up. Started losing hair, losing energy, and losing their mental clarity. They were running on fumes and their hormones were “all over the place”.

From my own experience and those of my clients, I created The Acing Aging Method, my signature 6-month program to help women going though peri + menopause reclaim their metabolism, hormones, mind and energy.
